I’m fucking tuning!

Highlights of tonight:

• Kate Voegle forgetting all of the words to Juliet’s part on Remembering Sunday

• The MTV lady getting pissed off at Alex and him giving her death glares when she turned her back

• Zack speaks for the first time 45 minutes in to the set: “I’m fucking tuning!”

• Jack kept trying to talk but his mike was off

• Alex sounding AMAZING and looking surprisingly clean

• Horn Hair

• Vinny Vegas: “we’re always in the same place!”

• Our whole bench (me, Ashley, Jess, Stacy, Amanda, Bissy, Shannon) doing the Coffee Shop salute and street fight fist pump, as well as the gang vocal “Go!” on Damned. We rocked it.

• Literally crying at Alex’s dance moves

• Rian’s Egg Shaker Fail

• Jack not knowing how to play Jasey (really, he didn’t. He didn’t play on it. wtf lol)

• PS. Setlist = Remembering Sunday, Damned, Weightless, Dear Maria, Coffee Shop, Jasey Rae

• Everything getting funnier and funnier until me and Ashley were basically dying

• Chanting for Matt to play Sleepless

• ATL missing their train home (and 15 girls offering to drive them to Baltimore)

• Jack grabbing my hand as he walked by in an awkward half-handhold half- handshake.

• The whole crowd jumping up to mob Alex when they started walking out, and him walking straight over to me and giving me a hug before leaving. You made my night, kid <3

I’ve been reminded in a big way why they mean so much to me.
